Our annual site fees for your holiday home help us maintain the Park and your use of facilities. We work hard to maintain the communal areas of our Park and the fees help to cover the running costs that are included in that.
All our lodges are connected to mains electric, gas, water, sewerage and wifi and paid on usage basis. To ensure the safety of our owners and staff, owners are responsible for checking their own gas appliances every 12 months.
