How can i secure a holiday home?

To secure your holiday home we accept as little as 5% deposit, with the rest of the payment paid through finance or part-exchange options. Since your holiday home at Moor Valley Leisure Park isn't residential, there is no stamp duty or council tax to pay on your purchase!

What are site fees?

Our annual site fees for your holiday home help us maintain the Park and your use of facilities. We work hard to maintain the communal areas of our Park and the fees help to cover the running costs that are included in that.

What utilities do i get in my lodge?

All our lodges are connected to mains electric, gas, water, sewerage and wifi and paid on usage basis. To ensure the safety of our owners and staff, owners are responsible for checking their own gas appliances every 12 months.

Do i need insurance?

Your lodge must be insured at your own cost to cover all the specified risks and minimum values. Comparison websites such as Compare The Market can help you find the best deal around.
